The sixth anti-corona package (PKP6)

On 25 November 2020, the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia adopted the Act Determining the Intervention Measures to Mitigate the Consequences of the Second Wave of COVID-19 Epidemic (ZIUOPDVE) – the so called »PKP6«.

The Act, inter alia, provides for subsidies for economic entities for temporary lay-off of the employees, innovations regarding the convening and holding of general meetings, extension of the moratorium on loans, subsidies for part-time work, partial reimbursement of fixed costs for affected economic entities, deferral of rent for tenants of business buildings, provision of health services and capacities and other.
