The seventh anti-corona package (PKP7)

On 29 December 2020, the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia adopted the Act Determining Intervention Measures to Assist in Mitigating the Consequences of the Second Wave of COVID-19 Epidemic (ZIUPOPDVE) – the so called »PKP7«. The Act entered into force on 31 December 2020.

The Act provides measures in the field of economy and protection of workplaces, as well as a crisis allowances for individual groups of population. The Act also includes temporary measures in the field of public procurement, leases for business premisses, taxation, enforcement proceedings and personal bankruptcy.
