The tenth anti-corona package (PKP10)
On 27 December 2021, the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia adopted the Act on Additional Measures to Stop Spreading and Mitigate, Control, Recover and Eliminate the Consequences of COVID-19 (ZDUPŠOP) – the so called »tenth anti-corona package« or »PKP10«. The Act entered into force on 30 December 2021.
The Act prolongs measures primarily in the field of protection of workplaces, such as reimbursement of wage compensations paid to employees who are absent from work due to the quarantine or force majeure, the possibility of utilizing the unused annual leave and co-financing of rapid tests for self-testing for COVID-19 infection. The validity of vouchers issued in 2020 is also being extended. The Act also regulates liability for consequences of vaccination or treatment with drugs to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
